Improving Stomach Muscle for Martial Arts - No. 4

Stomach muscles are probably one of the most important muscles we have for supporting our martial art training:

1. They are an important part of our body-core maneuverability

2. A main component as our core stabilizer

3. Important for protecting our internal organs against body blows.

Drill:

While lying on our back 25% up off the ground, we transfer a weight from side to side of our body.

Tips:

1. It is important to choose the proper weight, especially not to overdo it and risk injury.

2. We can change the number of times we transfer the weight, the amount weight transferred or the length of time in which we hold the "25% position"/.
