Improving Aggressiveness Exercise 7
Aggression is one of the qualities a fighter needs to develop in himself as part of his mental build up.
Drill:
2 partners share 1 ball the goal of each of them is to take the ball from one another and to keep on to it. The exercise will not only improve our mental ability, but also our hand and core body strength. Tips:
1. Time the round, eventually one partner will tire out. This fact and dealing with it will, by itself, improve our mental ability.
2. It's a good idea not to use technique in this drill, because usually it reduces our use of aggressiveness
3. There is also a possibility not to time the round and keep on going until one has totally gased out...
4. Perform the exercise on something soft, to reduce the risk of injury.
