Improving Aggressiveness Exercise
Aggression is one of the qualities a fighter needs to develop in himself as part of his mental build up.
Drill:
One partner holds another either from the back or from the front while the other needs to escape using sheer force – no techniques allowed.
Tips:
1. Don't try to escape the confrontation look for it – it is the thing you are training.No hitting, slipping - just force vs force, or better yet aggression vs aggression
2.Exercise with a timer, and take turns at each role.
