Strengthening Hip Motion
Training, improving and strengthening our hip and waist motion.
Drill:
1. One partner tries to turn his hip while the other puts an open hand on his waist and tries to prevent the movement.
2. Once we control better our hip movement we can perform the drill but now our connection will be through the hands. Putting palm and palm together (both left or both right) we resist the turning motion of one another
Tips:
1. It’s important that we don’t apply too much resistance so that our partner can actually move his hip.
